Guns N' Roses (music), who last performed in the US several years ago during a botched comeback tour, have unveiled plans to play a two-night stand in New York City next month.

The group has booked shows at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom on May 15 and May 17, tickets for both of which are scheduled to hit the box office on April 21. The performances will serve as a warm-up for the group's previously announced summer festival dates.

Still no word on when the group's long-delayed album, "Chinese Democracy," might see the light of day.
